Marketing Manager


Unisensor is a leading provider of innovative diagnostic solutions for food safety and quality control. Our technologies help protect consumers and empower producers through fast, reliable, and sustainable testing solutions. We’re experiencing strong growth across international markets and are now looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to drive our global marketing strategy and digital transformation.


Role and responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, the Marketing Manager will define, structure, and implement Unisensor marketing strategy worldwide. Managing a team of Product Managers, Operational Marketing Specialist and Customer Success Manager, you will lead the evolution of our marketing operations, enhance our brand visibility, and accelerate commercial growth.


Your role will blend strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including the:

  • launch of our e-commerce platform,
  • optimization of our Odoo CRM/ERP processes,
  • and the use of marketing data to drive performance and lead generation.

To succeed in this role, you will combine strategic vision with operational excellence and drive marketing as a true growth engine for Unisensor.

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Take ownership of Unisensor’s global marketing strategy, ensuring it is fully in line with our growth goals and plans for international expansion.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for our products and services, translating market needs into clears specifications for our R&D covering all key markets including Food Safety and Quality, Animal Health, and CDMO. Follow product go to market strategies and new product Innovation performances.
  • E-commerce Strategy & Execution: lead the end-to-end design, launch, and commercial activation of Unisensor’s online store, ensuring a seamless customer journey and measurable revenue contribution.
  • Digital & Data-Driven Marketing Transformation: implement marketing automation, performance campaigns, and advanced analytics, leveraging data insights to continuously optimize ROI and business impact.
  • Odoo CRM/ERP Leadership: act as the marketing owner of the Odoo platform, ensuring full alignment of CRM data, segmentation, lead management, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Channel & Distributor Enablement: strengthen indirect sales performance by equipping distributors with effective marketing tools and programs that complement direct-to-market strategies.
  • Customer & KOL Engagement: build strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders through high-value events, workshops, and thought-leadership content.
  • Performance Management & Reporting: develop clear dashboards and KPIs to monitor pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness and marketing-driven revenue.
  • Team Leadership & Development: lead, coach, and empower a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Soft Skills

You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and bring at least 8 years of experience in international B2B marketing, ideally within the diagnostics, life sciences, or biotech sectors. At least 5 years of managing and developing teams of Product Management & Customer Success teams.

You have led digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives that delivered tangible business results. You are comfortable working hands-on with Odoo CRM/ERP or similar platforms and know how to use these systems to enhance performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

With a strong data-driven mindset, you confidently leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent solutions to turn insights into strategic decisions.

You combine strategic vision with operational excellence. You are able to align stakeholders, structure initiatives, and drive execution. Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams is a strong asset.

You communicate with clarity and influence, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and inspire others through your leadership.

You are fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or other European languages is an additional asset.
